Editorial policy
Updated
Sources and verification
Facts must be supported by identifiable sources. Articles based on external sources identify and link to the original. Opinion, analysis, sponsored material and press releases must be distinguished from factual reporting.
Press releases and editorial independence
A press release reflects its issuer’s position. Publication does not endorse every claim. Full republication requires a verified basis for use.
AI and editorial oversight
AI may assist writing, translation, summarization and speech synthesis. AI and machine-translation labels must remain visible. Automated checks are not equivalent to verification by a journalist.
Corrections
Material errors must be corrected and significant changes explained to readers. Original publication dates must not be changed to make old content appear new. A public reporting channel will be announced after newsroom contact details are confirmed.
Demonstration materials
Demo labels and image credits remain visible. Removing labels or moving files must not turn examples into news.
